Roar Global is on the lookout for an Admin Executive to join our team. The right candidate must have experience in carrying out administrative and clerical duties essential for effective office management. If you think you fit the bill, reach out to us and we’ll start a conversation.

Responsibilities


  • Assist/Oversee daily administrative operations where required. 
  • Monitor the inventory of office supplies; reorder as required 
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, retain price data and get the best prices for supplies and services 
  • Create professional quality reports, presentations and briefings 
  • Develop and operate an efficient documentation and filing system for paper and electronic recording
  • Support for brand new hires with facilities, suppliers
  • Organise internal and external office events
  • Supervising administration activities such as security, building maintenance, cleanliness, purchasing and inventory handling of consumer items & stationeries, transport, preparing utility bills for payments etc and making recommendations when and where necessary.
  • Assisting in the process of planning and implementing Administration related policies and procedures if and when required. 


Requirements

  • 2+ year experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of office procedures
  • Fair knowledge on electrical hardware equipment
  • Experience with workplace control software program like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
  • Must be able to work well both in a team environment and independently under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle requests, feedback, and queries fast and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work beyond standard working hours and on holidays if/when required
